What Happens When You Call

We listen first. Then we ask a few questions about the property, your timeline and who else has a say in the decision. If the house is part of an estate or a divorce, we explain the extra steps those sales usually involve, so nothing catches you off guard later.

We started helping clients as a real estate agent in 2015, and in 2021 we became a licensed real estate broker. Those years shape how we talk about repairs. If a few modest fixes are likely to help the sale, we tell you which ones. If a bigger project is unlikely to pay for itself, we say that plainly. After the call, we can follow up by phone, by video or at our office, whichever suits you.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

1. Have the property address and a rough sense of its condition, including anything you already know needs work.
2. Think about the timeline you have in mind, even if it is only a loose window.
3. Have the names of anyone else on the title, such as a co-owner, heirs or a spouse.
4. Gather any paperwork you already have, like probate court letters or a separation agreement.
